BendBroadband adds HBO Go, Max Go to TV Everywhere mix

HBO Go and Max Go have debuted on BendBroadband's new TV Everywhere product that launched earlier this month. The MSO becomes one of the first small cable operators to carry the authenticated video content from HBO and Cinemax.
